We are growing our Client Service team and looking for a skilled, experienced Account Director. This person will build relationships and encourage reliance on our products and services. We want someone who embodies our culture and builds relationships with Bounteous' clients while encouraging reliance on our products and services, greater client satisfaction, expanded accounts and opportunities, and improved client retention
Information Security ResponsibilitiesPromote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocolsIdentify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assetsUnderstand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive informationRole and ResponsibilitiesProtect and grow client accounts; act as the key liaison between us and the clientDevelop and manage a strategic account management plan that establishes multi-threaded relationships, identify and mitigate threats, develop opportunities and raise our strategic role within the client’s business modelIntimately understand the client objectives and brandDevelop and maintain effective key client relationshipsArticulate and hold the full-range of client leaders’ concerns and acts as a client partnerLead new Statement of Work kickoff and customer on-boarding processes with internal stakeholders and systems, including finance, legal, design, and developmentFacilitate and execute proper customer contracts and agreementsAssure proper collections by review and reconciliationDevelop, coordinate, and implement strategic digital initiativesBenchmark state-of-the-art practices and influence profit and service improvementsDirect the client and team towards the best solutionsUnderstand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget processParticipate in key planning milestones and act as a guide to the design and development teams from initiation through execution and completionDevelop and prepare client scorecards and dashboards to show high-level results and trendsProvide clients with reporting, analytics, and consultation that is relevant and actionableAssist in pitch, closing, and negotiating contractsAdd and/or expand business each quarter
