We’re now searching for a Client Success Manager to optimize model management and their audience engagement and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals in alignment with the board’s vision.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to drive operational improvements

  • Oversee daily operations of their department

Team Management

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire their team

Financial Oversight for their Department

  • Drive cost optimization and operational profitability

  • Work with the Finance Manager to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks

Growth and Innovation

  • Drive innovation to maintain a competitive advantage

  • Lead efforts to scale operations to align with market demands

Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record of managing operations in high-growth environments
  • Tech Savvy: (company uses notion, zoom, spreadsheets, gdrive and google eco-system + more)
  • Proven ability to manage and develop talent
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Digital nomads are a plus
  • Must be a social chameleon with the X-Factor to be respected and accepted, and have the emotional intelligence to endear himself to all, even when being firm
  • Someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and understands startups
