Autovista Group is looking for a German-speaking Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our dynamic Sales team and play a crucial role in managing and developing key customer accounts.
This is a remote role based anywhere within the UK or one of our European countries of operation. You must be a permanent resident of that country and have the right to work there.

The Department
At Autovista Group, our sales organisation is dedicated to achieving consistent revenue growth year after year. We accomplish this by effectively managing our existing customer base to drive annual price increases and identify upsell opportunities, while also focusing on generating new business.
Our products and services are strategically aligned and communicated through our Product Directory and Salesforce. The majority of our deals are structured as fixed subscriptions, ensuring stability and predictability for both our clients and our company.
The Role
Autovista Group is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive sales revenue and exceed targets within key customer accounts. You will build strong relationships with decision-makers, identify and develop sales opportunities, and successfully sell our on-strategy products and services.
Your focus will be on growing subscription business, renewing subscriptions with price increases, and increasing existing business through upsell and cross-sell. Renewable subscriptions will be the primary revenue source, with additional opportunities for one-off and transaction-based sales.
Represent our business with integrity and professionalism, and ensure all activities are recorded in our CRM (Salesforce) according to our standards.
Responsibilities
• Develop and grow relationships with key decision-makers within existing and new accounts in DACH region
• Drive customer retention, upsell opportunities, and year-on-year revenue growth.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities for our cutting-edge data and software solutions.
• Ensure renewal of subscriptions with price increases aligned with company strategies.
• Track and manage customer interactions and sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our market, products, and competitive landscape.
The Candidate
We are seeking a Key Account Manager with a proven track record in Key Account Management and experience managing senior-level relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, preferably within data/software solutions in the automotive or related industries. They should have the ability to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce (training provided) is required. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. The candidate must be a native German speaker and fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
