Job description

We seek a motivated Partnership Development Executive to drive strategic B2B partnerships for our global Future Fest events. You'll negotiate deals, secure service-for-advertising opportunities, and ensure smooth collaborations.

 

This role is perfect for a proactive, results-driven professional who is comfortable liaising with business professionals in the North America and UK region. This is a night shift position.

 

 

What you will do:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B barter prospects.
  • Follow up promptly with personalized emails to maintain engagement and nurture leads.
  • Present partnership opportunities for Future Fest events, emphasizing the value of service-for-advertising exchanges.
  • Collaborate with the events team to align partnership efforts with Future Fest goals and objectives.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or event sponsorships.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a 100% remote setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high call and email volumes effectively.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Experience working on event-related projects is a plus.
