The Role:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at EventsAir, you'll be at the heart of our sales engine! Your mission? To connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and introduce them to our powerful software solutions. You'll build strong relationships, generate new business opportunities, and pave the way for our Account Executives to close deals.
What You'll Do:
✨ Spark New Conversations: Establish connections with potential buyers through one-on-one outreach calls, emails, and social touches.
✨ Educate & Persuade: Run campaigns and sequences that warm up leads and guide them toward demos and discovery calls.
✨ Make Things Happen: Be proactive in turning prospects into MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and moving them seamlessly through the sales journey.
✨ Be the Voice of EventsAir: Create a memorable and likeable experience for every buyer you engage with—be the friendly, credible face of our brand!
✨ Collaborate & Conquer: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth communication and processes, delighting customers along the way.
✨ Keep Improving: Always refine your outreach techniques, messaging, and sales strategies to hit those KPIs (and have fun while doing it)!
Your Day-to-Day:
- Fully remote role
- Run outreach campaigns and establish meaningful connections with target accounts.
- Qualify leads, set up demos, and prep potential customers for Account Executives.
- Use CRM tools to track insights and streamline the process.
- Stay ahead of the curve with sales training, team meetings, and collaborative efforts.
- Have a blast while growing professionally, contributing to the team’s success, and advancing in your career!
Please note we are paying USD50,000 - 60,000 for our role + comms.

West Coast: We prefer those living on the West Coast due to the time zone and cross over with Australia and other candidates may not be considered.

📞Cold Calling & Prospecting: You're comfortable engaging new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
💼 Lead Qualification: You know how to spot the right prospects and move them forward.
💻 CRM Know-How: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
🎯 Sales Methodology Savvy: Familiarity with MEDDICC, SPIN, BANT, or similar frameworks.
