We need an English-fluent Sr. Sales Representative, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development: Manage client relationships, build a portfolio, and own the opportunity management cycle: ProspectEvaluate-Propose-Close.
  • Sales Pipeline Establishment: Develop and implement a robust marketing and sales pipeline to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Lead strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Startup Experience: Leverage experience from startup environments to bring innovative approaches to sales strategies and client engagement.
  • Team Building Partnership: Work as a partner to build and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of exceeding enterprise software sales targets.
  • Experience in selling Core Banking or Bank Modernization software product
  • Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments and established enterprise software sales within the Banking or Fintech industries.
  • Solid background in sales, relationship management, and account management, focusing on nurturing and expanding client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities in the banking IT sector.
  • Familiarity with the complexities of deploying and implementing enterprise-grade software solutions, particularly in the banking sector.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior executives, particularly at the C-level within client organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position will start with a trial period of 3 months, depending on your performance, and will be extended as a long-term contract.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
