Job Summary 🧾
We’re seeking a highly strategic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to lead the definition and execution of our global content strategy. This role is essential for positioning Yalo as a market leader by creating high-quality content that supports our marketing and sales strategies throughout the funnel.
Your mission?
To design and execute quarterly and monthly campaigns aligned with product launches and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, supporting both new opportunities and account expansions in Yalo's key territories. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting engaging content tailored to our global B2B audience.
What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠
- Content Strategy:
- Define and implement a global content strategy aligned with business objectives and GTM strategies.
- Campaigns and Launches:
- Design marketing campaigns for product launches, land-and-expand strategies, and quarterly goals.
- Brand Positioning:
- Create content that reinforces Yalo's positioning as a market leader while ensuring message consistency across channels.
- Content Creation:
- Develop and manage content for all stages of the marketing and sales funnel, including:
- Blogs, articles, and whitepapers.
- Social media and website content.
- Key assets for first calls, pitches, and presentations.
- Enablement materials for internal teams and strategic client presentations.
- SEO and SEM:
- Lead online positioning strategies, including Google Ads, SEO, and organic website optimization.
- Digital Channel Management:
- Oversee and update the company’s website and social media channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing teams to ensure content aligns with global and local strategies.
- Market Analysis:
- Understand market needs and target audiences to create content that resonates with B2B customers.
- Proactivity and Creativity:
- Propose innovative content ideas and formats to enhance campaign impact and drive results.
Job Requirements?💻
- Languages:
- Bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish (mandatory). Advanced English is a plus.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years in content marketing roles, preferably in B2B environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to understand technology products and translate their benefits into compelling content.
- Digital Strategy:
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and online positioning strategies.
- Creative Skills:
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities for technical and business audiences.
- Collaboration:
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactivity:
- A proactive approach to anticipating needs, proposing creative ideas, and executing strategies aligned with business goals
