Your missions

This is a remote position.

Job Type: Full-Time


What You’ll Do & How You’ll Make Your Mark:


Develop Instructional Guides: Craft new, reader-friendly instructional guides with original content for help sections across all brands and products.

Update Existing Content: Regularly review and revise existing help articles as product updates and changes arise.

Product Research and Collaboration: Engage in thorough research and collaboration with key personnel to fully understand product functionalities, requirements, and setups.

User Experience Testing: Test products to anticipate potential user challenges and address these preemptively through clear, instructional content.

Visual Content Creation: Utilize original screenshots, diagrams, and charts to enhance the clarity and engagement of instructional content.

Content Conversion and Standardization: Convert instructional content to HTML format while adhering to standardized writing guidelines and branding.

Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and online courses to stay abreast of the latest technologies and content strategies.

Quality Assurance: Identify and report any product or process-related errors or bugs encountered during content creation or product testing.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Handle various ad-hoc tasks as necessary to support content development and team objectives.


Who You Are & What You’ll Need to Succeed:


Proven Experience: Extensive experience in writing technical content for a diverse range of technologies and audiences.

Technical Proficiency: Must be highly knowledgeable about our products/services or similar technologies. Proficiency in HTML and SEO practices is required.

Exceptional Writing Skills: Excellent command of English grammar with a clear, direct, and neutral writing style.

Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong capability in organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing complex information.

Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with a proactive approach to improving processes and content.

Independence and Reliability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and reliably handle confidential information.

Adaptability: Must be flexible with working hours and able to work effectively under pressure.

Punctuality: Consistently reliable and punctual in all professional engagements.

Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must provide a link to a current portfolio of relevant work samples demonstrating expertise in technical content creation.
