Project Manager/Sales and Marketing CoordinatorWorks day to day with Head of Mitigation Banking Services to develop individual bank credit sales plan. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans on individual banks. The position will also provide project management support on bank development. In addition, the position will be responsible for providing support and information for development of quarterly and annual client reporting, and will assist NNC client group in the development of client material. Will work across multiple Nuveen Natural Capital functions including, finance/accounting, NNC client group, portfolio management, sustainability, and research.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Responsible for oversight of all aspects of credit marketing and sales. Responds to project requests for proposals including development of proposals, cost estimates, etc.; and
- Responsible for the development of reports detailing performance of wetland and stream mitigation banks to clients.
- Works closely with NNC client, portfolio management, and sustainability groups to develop quarterly and annual reporting package.
- Tracks progress to annual plan and provides routine updates to and communicate regularly and effectively with Head of Mitigation Banking Services.
- Works with Head of Research to provide information and develop long-term business trends and strategies.
Educational Requirements- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
