Our platform reduces ongoing administrative work by 65% and onboarding time by an average of 55%.

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and result driven Marketing Manager to own and scale key marketing efforts, ensuring our message reaches the right audience and drives measurable results. This role is varied, fast-paced, and central to shaping Humaans as the go-to HRIS for Mid-Market companies that care about both their people and data. You will have a unique opportunity to experiment and help us figure out the right channels to scale our marketing engine.

Focus/Ownership
  • Lead Content Marketing Efforts
    Own and manage our content calendar, producing high-impact blogs, white-papers, case studies, and customer stories that align with business objectives and resonate with our audience. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content that drives traffic, generates leads, and strengthens our brand voice. While you have the option to leverage external resources, you take pride in crafting quality content yourself, bringing a sharp, critical eye to writing and ensuring every piece meets our high standards.

  • Master SEO and Organic Growth
    Implement SEO strategies that elevate Humaans’ search visibility and ranking, using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Orchestrate Email Campaigns
    Create and manage email marketing campaigns that nurture relationships with prospects and customers, driving engagement and conversions at every stage of the funnel.

  • Drive Brand Awareness and Engagement
    Own social media management, crafting and executing strategies to amplify Humaans’ presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and more. You’ll ensure our voice resonates with HR leaders and business decision-makers.

  • Influence Paid Advertising Success
    Manage ad copy and creative for paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and more focusing on delivering quality conversions. You’ll experiment with messaging, formats, and targeting to optimise performance.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align Marketing efforts with broader company goals. Your work will directly impact pipeline growth and customer acquisition, being involved in aspects ranging from digital channels to community building and field marketing, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.

Requirements
  • Proven Marketing Experience
    4-6 years in Marketing roles within B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience in social media, content, SEO, email, and paid ads.

  • Creative Yet Analytical
    You're creative but make data-driven decisions, and have a proven track record of campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Exceptional Copywriting Skills
    You have the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging that resonates with diverse audiences and drives engagement. Communicating complex concepts effectively comes naturally to you.

  • Results-Oriented Mindset
    Strong focus on delivering outcomes, with experience in running campaigns that meet or exceed key performance indicators.

  • Strong Listening Skills
    You actively listen to your customers, stakeholders, team members, and audiences to understand their needs and translate insights into impactful marketing strategies.

  • Growth-Oriented and Ambitious
    You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to new challenges while maintaining a high standard of excellence. This is an in-person role based at our Central London office (Chancery Lane). Our team comes together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to fuel collaboration and connection.
