The National Safety Manager is responsible for developing, overseeing, and managing all health, safety, and new hire training initiatives. This position recommends measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials. As well as inspect or evaluate workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations. The ideal candidate is willing to travel at least 40% of the time.

Helios’ compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,000 in our lowest geographic market up to $125,000 in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Orion’s compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
