Project ownership: Taking full responsibility for the delivery of major features or entire systems, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
Mentoring and coaching: Providing technical mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members, helping with their career growth.
Stakeholder collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders, such as product managers and business leaders, to align technical solutions with business goals.
Code and system quality: Ensuring code meets high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.
Improving processes: Identifying opportunities to improve development practices, performance, and team efficiency.
Scalability and performance: Designing systems that can scale and meet performance requirements, addressing architectural challenges.
Security and compliance: Ensuring that systems and software are secure, robust, and adhere to compliance standards where required
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Ruby on rails
At least 3 years of experience in Typescript/React/Next.js
Experience with any cloud platform (Ideally AWS)
Strong relationship management and solution development expertise.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Ability to manage complex technical conversations and align cross-functional teams.
