Senior Manager, Corporate Tax

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Manager to join a high-performing Corporate Tax team within a leading global accounting and advisory firm. This position offers excellent work-life balance including work from home options and a 9-day fortnight with no salary reduction.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager in Corporate Tax, you will be joining a successful and growing team that provides comprehensive tax solutions to a diverse client portfolio. The role involves delivering tailored advice and insights across all aspects of corporate taxation, including tax audits, international tax issues, corporate governance obligations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall client engagement including relationship management, tax compliance and advisory

- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying growth opportunities

- Participate in business development initiatives

- Support continuous improvement in tax compliance and process-based activities

- Provide coaching, support and inspirational leadership to team members

Required Skills and Experience

- University degree in Accounting/Finance, Business/Commerce, Legal or related discipline

- CA/CPA, CTA or other relevant industry accreditation(s)

- Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in corporate tax and advisory (ideally in a public practice environment)

- Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services

- Strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Previous experience in leading, coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
