Sales Development Representative
(Full-time, Remote, Australia)

Dropsuite is looking for an all-star to play a critical role in driving Dropsuite’s rapid growth. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will report to the Sales Director and will be a key team player in bringing our mission to life. In this role, you will be responsible for creating qualified sales opportunities by mining leads and delivering the Dropsuite value proposition for our SaaS solution.
This role will put you on the front lines of the company increasing product awareness and helping provide our solutions to various target Managed Service Providers (MSP) and businesses. Our ideal candidate is a fantastic communicator with an unmatched ability to overcome challenges.
Work Arrangement
- Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
- Must reside and work in Australia (candidates who are Australian Citizens and/or Residents with valid work visas that do not require sponsorship from our organisation will be considered)
Key Accountabilities
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, video etc to create interest in the Dropsuite solutions and to understand their needs and communicate the value of Dropsuite.
- Identify new accounts, contacts, and business opportunities.
- Run the prospecting life cycle from researching and profiling strategic accounts to scheduling demos.
- Communicate the Dropsuite value proposition in an effective and flawless manner in order to schedule demos of Dropsuite solutions.
- Professionally overcome objections and drive prospective customers into the sales funnel.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information
- Work closely with Marketing, assessing the quality of leads generated and with account executives to ensure those qualified leads are converted into opportunities.
- Continually learn and improve in your role and bring continual excitement and energy to the team.
Qualifications and Competencies
- 1+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in Saas, tech and/or B2B
- Energy, passion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- A confident and fearless approach to cold, outbound calling
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Unmatched verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Vision, drive, and determination to win while being coachable and resilient
- Ambition to grow a career in sales
