Responsibilities: Responsibilities:   • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for CAS teams to ensure adherence to project management best practices. • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance project management skills • Provide hands-on and ongoing support and guidance to team members, with a special emphasis on newly onboarded associates and clients. • Act as a project management mentor to CAS teams, offering guidance and advice to support personal and professional growth. • Facilitate regular check-ins and one-on-one meetings to address concerns, provide feedback, and serve as a resource for project management strategies. • Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment that inspires motivation and team cohesion around excellent project management. • Implement robust monitoring systems to track project management performance at overall, team, and individual levels. • Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and address issues promptly. • Prepare detailed reports on team performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely financial services through hands-on training, mentoring, and proactive monitoring. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualifications:   • A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent. • Certified in Project Management (PMP, ACP, CAPM, CPM) is preferred. • Five+ years of job-related experience in job level project management with special emphasis on experienced around budget, key milestones, project deadlines, and client service outcomes. • Proven track record of effectively training and mentoring teams, preferably within a service-based field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels. • Proven experience in client relationship management, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong client partnerships. • Working knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and terminology. • Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools, with special emphasis on data extraction and analysis. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in adult learning principles and techniques, with a focus on developing and delivering effective training programs, preferred.   Tiffany Farnsworth, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process.
