Project Manager

On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their Enrolment Management Technology Initiative. This strategic initiative comprises three key projects:

The website projects will serve as the foundation for the successful implementation of the new CRM system. The Project Manager will play a critical role in planning, executing, and coordinating these projects, ensuring alignment with CNC’s strategic goals and delivering measurable outcomes.

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of the three projects under the initiative.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including Student Affairs, IT, and external vendors.
• Engage with the steering committee and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Oversee the integration of technical updates and user experience enhancements for the CNC website.
• Manage the preparation and implementation phases of the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates to the steering committee on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the initiative is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in higher education or technology.
• Experience with website development, user experience projects, and CRM implementations is highly desirable.
  
  

• Strong project management skills, including proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex systems.
  
  

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Collaborative and adept at facilitating cross-functional team efforts.
• Flexible and capable of adapting to evolving project needs.
