Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team and work closely with the CTO to scale a high-profile tech company from Series A to Series B. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-impact projects, fostering a strong company culture, and supporting the growth and scaling of our teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Help organize and manage team events, vertical meetings, HR activities, and initiatives to strengthen company culture.
  • Work closely with product managers on high-profile projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and foster a positive, productive environment.
  • Leverage Agile project management methodologies to drive efficiency, adaptability, and continuous improvement in processes and team workflows.
  • Coordinate and oversee projects across engineering, product, design, and other departments, ensuring milestones are achieved on time.
  • Facilitate collaboration among teams to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Act as the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration at all levels.
  • Provide regular updates to the CTO, leadership, and other stakeholders, flagging risks and proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and reviews to encourage collaboration and alignment.
  • Mentor team members, fostering engagement and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify challenges early and work with the team to resolve issues before they become roadblocks.
  • Maintain organized and accessible project documentation for all phases.
  • Share lessons learned, best practices, and insights across teams to encourage a culture of growth and learning.
  • Work with the finance team to track project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure costs are controlled and aligned with company priorities.
  • Design and implement scalable processes to support the company's growth and evolving needs.
  • Guide teams through organizational and strategic changes, ensuring seamless transitions while maintaining alignment with overarching company objectives.

  • Who You Are:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment, preferably with exposure to cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with software development teams, understanding the technical aspects of projects, and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Strong proficiency in using collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping them on track and within scope.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate problems, identify solutions, and drive projects to completion.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
