Key responsibilities:

Leads.io is on the search for a Paid Marketing Specialist to complement our dynamic work environment. As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing lead-generation campaigns via our Paid Marketing channels with a focus on Native & Display and Search. You ensure your campaigns generate high-quality leads and monetize so that they reach revenue and margin targets with a focus on ROI.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Plan, launch, and execute digital ad campaigns to drive new lead generation through our Leads.io Owned & Operated sites.
  • Manage day-to-day optimizations to drive inquiries from Native, Search, and Display channels.
  • Test, monitor, and efficiently run campaigns, manage budgets, analyze data, and extrapolate insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to refine and improve CTR and CR.
  • Research keywords, analyze their relevance, and perform competitive analysis.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive revenue and profitability within Google, Bing, and Native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in Paid Search, Native, and Display marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Your qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Paid Search, Native, and/or Display advertising (or related digital marketing roles).
  • Basic knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, or native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs to evaluate campaign success.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
