Position Overview:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define, position, and promote our staking product suite. This role involves collaborating across teams to identify target segments, craft compelling messaging, and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Positioning & Research

  • Identify value propositions for our staking product suite.

  • Conduct market research to position products effectively, working closely with Product, Business Development, and Research teams.

  • Identify product features that resonate with diverse target audiences, including institutional and retail segments.

Product Rollout

  • Develop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans in collaboration with BD, Product, and Research teams.

  • Manage product KPIs and campaign budgets.

  • Execute campaigns across marketing channels—working with Content, Social, Performance, and PR teams to deliver consistent messaging via landing pages, paid ads, blog posts, product pages, and sales brochures.

On-Going Initiatives

  • Monitor market and customer responses, creating effective feedback loops to inform future strategies.

  • Develop and implement post-launch growth campaigns to sustain product momentum.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
