Position Overview:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define, position, and promote our staking product suite. This role involves collaborating across teams to identify target segments, craft compelling messaging, and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning & Research
Identify value propositions for our staking product suite.
Conduct market research to position products effectively, working closely with Product, Business Development, and Research teams.
Identify product features that resonate with diverse target audiences, including institutional and retail segments.
Product Rollout
Develop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans in collaboration with BD, Product, and Research teams.
Manage product KPIs and campaign budgets.
Execute campaigns across marketing channels—working with Content, Social, Performance, and PR teams to deliver consistent messaging via landing pages, paid ads, blog posts, product pages, and sales brochures.
On-Going Initiatives
Monitor market and customer responses, creating effective feedback loops to inform future strategies.
Develop and implement post-launch growth campaigns to sustain product momentum.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
