Job Summary

 

Foundever is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and lead acquisition campaigns for the US market. In this critical role, you will elevate our brand visibility while driving high-quality leads and conversions through a well-rounded digital approach spanning paid, earned, and owned media.

Responsibilities

 

  • Digital Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and lead acquisition across digital media channels, with measurable KPIs for success.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize SEM (SEO, PPC), and social media campaigns to maximize audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Paid Media Optimization: Manage and allocate ad spend across various digital advertising platforms; track CPM, CPC, CTR, and conversions, using insights to refine performance.
  • Budget and Vendor Management: Oversee digital media budgets and relationships with vendors; evaluate performance and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI and channel effectiveness.
  • SEO and Content Optimization: Implement keyword strategies and on-page/off-page SEO practices to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase lead generation.
  • Social Media Marketing: Boost brand visibility and engagement through targeted campaigns across relevant social media platforms, optimizing content and performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Own digital campaign analytics; deliver actionable insights on engagement, lead acquisition, and conversion metrics to inform data-driven strategies.
  • Innovation and Media Strategy: Proactively evaluate digital media vendors, emerging technologies, and AI tools to enhance campaign performance and develop innovative approaches for brand and demand goals.
  • Digital Media Research: Conduct targeted analysis of audience behavior, platform trends, and competitor campaigns to refine ad targeting, optimize channel strategies, and improve campaign execution.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with creative and demand generation teams to align digital efforts with broader marketing objectives and business goals.

 

Requirements

 

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and SEO in B2B settings.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of success managing digital campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and GTM; experience with programmatic platforms and account-based advertising tools. Experience with schema markup for AI-driven search is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and apply findings to refine campaigns; expertise in tracking CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL and conversions to optimize results.
  • Vendor and Budget Management: Experience managing digital ad spend and evaluating vendor performance to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI optimization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative strategies, evaluate new technologies, and drive meaningful campaign improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders effectively.

Salary Range

The base pay range for this position in the United States is up to $110,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
