Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns. Candidates should have an understanding of the general crypto landscape, how blockchain projects market themselves, how marketing is unique to the space, and new ideas to bring to the table as the space evolves. Most important is a top-down strategic vision of how to set and achieve your Sperax's goals. You should be able to articulate why some projects succeed in their marketing and some fail.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement marketing plans/campaigns for product launches, events, and increasing adoptions
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Support the team in improving user journeys through targetted content strategies
  • Monitor metrics, conduct iterative tests throughout the acquisition funnel, and use the results to help inform data-driven strategy updates that lift key performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams in aligning the marketing campaigns with the product, business, and development plans.
  • Monitor and measure performance closely, and optimize each initiative as necessary.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing of a web or mobile B2C product.
  • Can demonstrate they have planned and managed multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of driving demand and growth.
  • Experience with audience nurturing and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong teamwork mindset
  • A creative thinker and leader, full of ideas and enthusiasm.
 
Bonus optional skills:
  • Relevant web3, crypto, or DeFi experience
  • Video content creator
