Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST

Overview:
Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Inside Sales Representative to focus on cultivating business from leads generated through completed repair quotes. This role involves engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, and passing high-quality opportunities to the Head of Sales. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving revenue growth and creating positive customer experiences.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Follow-Up:

    • Reach out to leads generated from completed repair quote requests in the system.

    • Engage with prospects via phone, text, email, and other communication channels to provide follow-up on their quotes.

    • Gather and document information about customer needs, challenges, and repair preferences.

  • Lead Qualification:

    • Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential for conversion.

    • Identify key decision-makers and their buying readiness.

  • Pipeline Handoff:

    • Close deals where possible or pass along high-potential leads to the Head of Sales for further engagement.

    • Ensure smooth handoffs by providing detailed context and documentation for each lead.

  • CRM Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).

    • Track lead progress and update statuses promptly.




Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience in an outbound sales or lead follow-up role.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales processes.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.






Requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, lead cultivation, or customer service.

  • Basic knowledge of industries such as PropTech, Real Estate, or Contracting.

  • Ability to understand and explain repair-related services.
