Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Listing Operations through strategic and operational leadership. This position is responsible for ensuring that listings, professional photography, and supporting technology are optimized to maximize engagement, enhance conversion rates, and support organizational growth. Collaborating across departments and leading key partnerships, the Senior Manager identifies opportunities to improve processes, optimize vendor relationships, and enhance technology infrastructure. This role also oversees process efficiencies and team leadership, aligning operational execution with organizational objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Oversight of Listing Operations: Lead the strategy and execution of listing operations, ensuring accurate, engaging, and conversion-optimized content on the website and ILS platforms. Develop data-driven initiatives to enhance prospect engagement and overall performance.
- Professional Photography: Oversee vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, timely imagery that highlights property features. Establish and optimize workflows to minimize downtime and maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Oversight of BPO Agency: Oversee the partnership with the BPO agency (business process outsourcing) to ensure accurate and timely execution of listing-related tasks. Implement performance monitoring and quality assurance processes while driving operational improvements to achieve alignment with business objectives.
- Technology Enhancements: Serve as the key liaison for property technology projects, defining and prioritizing business requirements. Lead quality assurance efforts and manage the implementation of website and infrastructure enhancements to improve user experience and acquisition effectiveness.
- Process Improvements: Spearhead initiatives to enhance the scalability and efficiency of listing operations, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- People Leadership: Manage and mentor the Marketing Coordinator, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with team objectives.
Skills/Specialized Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related field, with demonstrated success in strategic leadership and process improvement.
- Deep understanding of property listing best practices, website management, ILS channels, and related digital marketing strategies.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies, operational efficiencies, and scalability initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize BPO agency relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving operational performance.
- Strong vendor management skills, ensuring service quality and operational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional technology implementations, including defining requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating QA processes.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience effectively presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with proven leadership experience in managing direct reports and fostering team development

Salary Range
$84,225.00 - $145,990.00
