About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in mobile test automation to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recent experience in mobile test automation and will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing robust test strategies. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated tests to ensure the quality of mobile and web applications.

• Lead mobile test automation efforts for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define testing requirements, ensure alignment on quality standards, and drive improvements.

• Conduct thorough manual and exploratory testing to identify defects and verify functionality.

• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like Jira, and ensure proper resolution.

• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests for continuous delivery.

• Build utilities, plugins, and libraries to support testing and automation workflows.

• Analyze testing results and provide actionable feedback to enhance product quality and user experience.

• Automation Tools: Proficiency in Selenium using Java or equivalent automation tools.

• API Testing: Expertise in API testing using tools like Postman.

• Programming Knowledge: Solid understanding of JavaScript or Java for writing and maintaining test automation scripts.

• CI/CD & Version Control: Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git, Jenkins, or similar.

• AI Automation Tools: Familiarity with AI-driven test automation tools such as Testrigor is a significant advantage.

• Framework Development: Proven experience designing, maintaining, and enhancing test automation frameworks, including integrations with CI/CD pipelines.

• Healthcare Domain: Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
