Learning & Development Specialist

São Paulo

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven professional to play a key role in the successful implementation of our onboarding and to contribute to our long-term view of offering a personalized experience to all newcomers. This role will work closely with various P&C departments to design, implement, and manage the rollout of a fundamentally different way to onboard people.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Review and manage Culture (mainly onboarding)  products:
  • Analyze existing onboarding products and programs to ensure alignment with our core values, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and relevance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement new onboarding products that support our EVP narrative
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with  POps and Designers across the BU, and also various stakeholders and P&C departments, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Ops, REWS and Performance Management, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to the implementation and portfolio roadmap.

  • Solid communication skills: clear, concise, and structured.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced English skills
  • Previous experience in HR departments would be a plus
