About the Role:

Location: Los Angeles (preferred) 

As a Talent Manager – Celebrity Partnerships, you’ll be the key point of contact for managing and supporting Future’s celebrity partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with our brand. You’ll handle the day-to-day operations of our partnerships and facilitate communication between talent and internal teams. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in shaping the Talent experience at Future.

You Will:

Talent Relationship Management

  • Primary Point of Contact: Manage the ongoing relationships with Future’s celebrity partners, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with company objectives.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Support talent onboarding processes and ensure they are fully integrated into Future’s content and marketing initiatives.
  • Talent Scheduling & Coordination: Manage Talent availability, scheduling, and coordination for various events and campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that Talent is supported and aligned with Future’s campaigns.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Talent Contract Management: Assist with contract processes, from negotiation support to execution, ensuring terms are followed and milestones are met.
  • Resource Allocation: Help manage talent budgets and resources, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within scope.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Monitor talent performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Legal: Work with legal teams to ensure contracts and talent agreements are in compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

You Have:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in talent management, influencer partnerships, or a related field, ideally within entertainment, fitness, or digital media.
  • Strong Relationship Management Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, professional relationships with high-profile individuals and their teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple talent relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clearly conveying information to talent, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle issues as they arise and find solutions that support both the talent and company’s needs.
  • Familiarity with Content Creation: Understanding of digital content creation processes, including social media, video, and live streaming platforms.
  • Interest in Wellness & Fitness: Passion for fitness, wellness, and digital media, and an understanding of the role celebrity talent plays in shaping brand presence and audience engagement.
 
Compensation, Benefits & Life at Future:
  • Salary range: $115,000 - 160,000/ year + equity Salary ranges are set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
