As the Corporate Development Associate at Offchain Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain technology by identifying, acquiring, and building blockchain solutions at scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to identifying opportunities, evaluating them, and executing transactions that align with Offchain Labs' vision for decentralized infrastructure.
What you'll do:Identify and evaluate acquisition and strategic partnership opportunities that support Offchain Labs' priorities. Build relationships with blockchain founders, and industry leaders while maintaining a robust organic pipeline of opportunities.Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, product, and ecosystem teams, to evaluate and prioritize growth opportunities aligned with Offchain Labs' mission.Assess the strategic, technical, and financial benefits of potential acquisitions or investments.
