JOB DESCRIPTION


In this position, you'll work closely with investors and sellers to negotiate property deals, leveraging your sales expertise to secure the best possible terms and prices. WORK SCHEDULE


Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Effectively negotiate property prices and terms
  • Perform daily property evaluations
  • Exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Consistently meet daily KPIs
  • Work with a supportive team focused on your growth and success
  • No real estate license? We’ll assist you in getting it and cover your education expenses!

PAY STRUCTURE


Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour against commission. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions. We’ll review the commission structure in detail during the interview process.
