  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM.
  • Occasionally, provide backup for inbound lead qualification.

Cadence Optimization:

  • Use your creativity to design tailored messaging, outreach cadences, and personalized campaigns that resonate with prospects. Analyze and refine outreach cadences to improve engagement and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to execute partner-specific strategies.

Product and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – authentic, clear, and warm in emails and over the phone.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify high-potential accounts and individuals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, contact databases, and sales engagement platforms, preferably Salesforce and Salesloft or Outreach.io, and Zoominfo or similar.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
