This Is a Contractor Position That Bills Hourly

This is a contract position with a majority of your day spent processing healthcare contracts and follow-up for required contacting and credentialing documents and data elements
Mission
The mission of the Project Operations Specialist is to perform detailed contract processing tasks, including product research, document processing, contract management, and telephonic outreach. The Project Operations Specialist interacts with healthcare providers to verify information, obtain incremental data, identifies and corrects errors by daily review of database reports
Outcomes
Contract Processing- Log, scrub and enter information into Compass system
Reconcile contracts and supporting documents to database
Perform Follow-up outreach to obtain missing contract or credentialing information
Research provider/facility information utilizing websites and contacting offices to confirm information
Execute reconciliation of hospital provider lists
Successfully meet productivity targets as defined by Operations Manager
Perform other miscellaneous assignments as needed per project- research, locate potential gap fill providers, etc.
