Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with expertise in drawing schematics for wiring and cabling, as well as a strong understanding of using ekahau planning tools for Wi-Fi coverage and similar technologies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering and be well-versed in platforms such as Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, and Ruckus. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop detailed schematics for wiring and cabling layouts to support network infrastructure projects.

2. Utilize ekahau planning tools for Wi-Fi coverage and other technologies to analyze network performance, optimize signal strength, and ensure seamless connectivity.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess network needs, and propose solutions to enhance network reliability and performance.

4. Configure and deploy network equipment from various platforms, including Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, and Ruckus, to meet project objectives and technical specifications.

5. Conduct network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

6. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network engineering to recommend innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

7. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, as well as end-users, in resolving network-related issues and ensuring optimal performance.

8. Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on drawing schematics for wiring and cabling and using echo planning tools for Wi-Fi coverage or similar technologies.

3. Strong knowledge of network design principles, protocols, and best practices in a complex enterprise environment.

4. Familiarity with network platforms such as Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, and Ruckus, with hands-on experience in configuring and deploying network equipment.

5. Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

7. Detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of network solutions.

8. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex network problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Certifications:

1. Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

2. Additional certifications in network design, wireless networking, or related areas are a plus.
