The UKG Ready Implementation Consultant will lead clients through the successful implementation of UKG HRIS solutions.

What our team does:
Pinion's TalentPro team provides payroll, HR, and time management solutions for clients across the US. Our team is responsible for setup, training, and successful implementation of new clients joining the TalentPro HRIS platforms. We analyze client needs and build software solutions to deliver the highest level of client satisfaction. This isn’t your typical off-the-shelf HRIS product; we work hard to meet the unique needs of our clients with creative solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Configure new client implementations in the Benefits and HR modules in UKG Ready. Main build components include Core HR, Benefits administration, ACA profiles, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking and Recruiting, Ready Learning, and more.
- Complete a thorough client discovery to guide the client through configuration recommendations.
- Partner with the Project Manager, Payroll implementer, and TLM implementer to execute the implmentation plan, coordinating a multi-module project build on a unified timeline.
- Assist clients with annual benefit open enrollment updates and with ACA reporting.
- Work with third-party vendors to set up Carrier Connections.
- Provide product expertise as a technical consultant on new client demos and existing client module add-ons.
- Train users on system navigation and basic functionality; create training documentation as necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of product applications to effectively create custom reports, interfaces and processes, supporting third party software.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UKG enhancements and newly released functionality.
- Provide advanced technical service and support in troubleshooting and resolving customer software concerns, ensuring all products and applications are functioning correctly.
- Research and resolve client implementation issues in a timely manner to optimize client experience and satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain required project and meeting documentation for implementation projects.
What you’ll need for this position:
- 3+ years of experience in UKG Ready HR implementation or administrative use.
- Experience with configuration of core HR functionality including HR actions, checklists, workflows, benefit plans, and benefit profiles. Performance reviews, applicant tracking, and carrier connections is a plus.
- Proven track record of project management including the ability to meet project timelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients in non-technical terms.
- Ability to work independently or collaborate with team members based on the scope of the project.
- Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently and work within deadlines to hit target go-live for clients.
- Work as a self-starter to readjust priorities based on changing demands and organize resources to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Collaborative and effective in working with different leadership styles and a variety of individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Proficiency with Excel and Word.

Compensation: In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,000 to $80,000.
Remote Eligibility: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at a Pinion office or attendance at offsites, as requested/required by the firm and/or your supervisor.
