Technical Skill:
13. Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR modules with experience of 5-7 years.
14. Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Fusion HCM for Core HR.
15. Strong analytical skills to understand and translate client business processes.
