Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our brand and its personality in all customer engagements by adopting the Strikingly voice and tone
  • Create WOW moments through outstanding customer support to both new and existing clients across various channels, including email, chat, and social media
  • Accurately translate product information and all customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails
  • Cultivate expertise regarding our products and internal software to assist customers effectively
  • Foster a spirit of happiness and positivity in all interactions with customers and team members

Required Skills

  • Professional-level communication skills in Slovak and English
  • A genuine passion for helping individuals with diverse learning styles
  • A strong desire to learn, coupled with problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment
  • A reliable desktop or laptop computer meeting specified technical requirements and a minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps
