The Opportunity


We’re seeking a data-driven, strategic Mid-Senior Product Marketer to join our fast-growing Marketing team at 4M Analytics. In this role, you’ll craft compelling positioning, lead product launches, and shape go-to-market strategies—ultimately empowering civil engineers to plan infrastructure smarter and faster. It’s a chance to reshape how the industry approaches utility data and pioneer the first centeralized source of reliable utility information for infrastructure projects nationwide.


What You’ll Do

  • Product Launches: Lead cross-functional product launches, creating strategic campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end GTM plans for new products, features, and partnerships, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales to build compelling collateral, case studies, playbooks, and training that fuel customer acquisition and growth.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Drive and support multi-channel marketing campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to retention.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Work closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Operations to identify gaps, improve collaboration, and deliver unified outcomes.
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape product roadmaps, gather beta insights, and showcase customer stories.

Requirements

  • 4–7 Years of Experience: In product marketing, consulting, or a similarly strategic role (B2B SaaS or Construction Tech is a plus).
  • Strong Storytelling & Communication: Able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Proven Launch & GTM Expertise: Track record of leading product launches, developing GTM strategies, and scaling marketing programs.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to identify opportunities, track market trends, and measure success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at rallying diverse stakeholders toward common goals; thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to run multiple initiatives simultaneously, while staying organized and on track.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Bias for action, and a desire to thrive in a high-growth environment.
  • Location: Austin, TX preferred; open to remote candidates in the US.
