We are currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a full-time Sales Support Representative within our Power Equipment Direct Sales Team. The ideal candidate will exhibit superb relationship-building and problem-solving skills while providing exceptional service through sales. An exceptional Sales Support Representative will focus on maximizing opportunities within every interaction to drive revenue and overall company growth. This role is approved to be fully remote within the United States in accordance with company policy.
Earn a comprehensive compensation package which includes a competitive base salary starting at $19.00, eligibility to participate in our annual bonus program, and an excellent benefit package.

In this role, you will:
- Responsible for handling inbound call volume, with expectations of taking about 40 - 50 sales calls/emails per day.
- Consult with customers to aid in the appropriate selection of products that meet their needs and secure sales.
- Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards through call quality, problem-solving, ownership over any customer issue, and going above & beyond to address all needs.
- Maintaining customer records by logging and retaining correct and precise information in Salesforce.com.
- Success will be measured through call quality, calls per hour, adherence to schedule and sales performance metrics every month.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers resulting in sales.
- We are open from 8am to 5pm Central, Monday-Friday.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of prior sales, retail, and/or customer service experience, preferably in electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC (but not required).
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience utilizing internal tools and resources to solve customer issues.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office and Google Office suites.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be highly meticulous and have outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, great teammate, quick learner, detailed and adaptable.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, conveying professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment by multi-tasking, efficiently utilizing all tools and resources, maintaining exceptional time management and organizational skills.
