We’re seeking a dynamic Zone Commercial Planning Specialist to drive demand forecasting and enhance forecast accuracy across our zone (Northwest Europe). You'll be the go-to expert, coordinating with sales, marketing, and service teams to align demand strategies and ensure seamless communication with cross-functional teams.
Your role:
- Demand Forecasting: Develop and refine zone-level demand forecasts for instruments, reagents, and consumables, enhancing accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and service teams to validate customer demand and gather market intelligence.
- KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on forecasts and inventory levels.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement demand planning enhancements and best practices.
- Central Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for demand planning within the zone, ensuring effective communication.
- Decision Support: Aid Zone Business and Finance Leads in forecasting decisions.
- Risk Management: Evaluate risks and offer insights to optimize inventory and demand plans.
Your expertise:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years in demand planning, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
- Expertise in statistical forecasting and advanced analytics.
- Proficiency with demand planning tools (SAP APO, Oracle Demantra) and data analysis software (Excel, Tableau).
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills.
- Customer-focused with a proven track record in project management and problem-solving.
