The Sales Support Specialist works with cross-functional teams such as GTM, Product, Support, Revenue Operations, Technology, Training and Bid management to support initiatives, share best practices, and work on strategic goals. This position focuses on supporting internal processes and the sales team's organizational needs, without direct customer interaction or day-to-day sales responsibilities.

  • Handle Quoting validation activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partner, Product, Support, Revenue Operations, Technology, Training, and Bid management to share best practices and align on key operational projects.
  • Maintain accessible and organized Sales and GTM documentation, ensuring the team has the resources to succeed.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, management, and executives, including handling quoting, proposals, and other sales-related tasks.
  • Assist with data entry duties related to key metrics or sales processes.
  • Ensure sales data is accurately updated and maintained within Salesforce and other sales platforms.
  • Assist in improving sales processes. Work with sales leadership, sales technology and sales support colleagues to ensure systems and processes align with business needs.
  • Identify and report any unusual activity or risks within the sales processes.
  • Support internal stakeholders with information requests as needed.
  • Work independently on initiatives and projects related to the improvement and expansion of the Sales and GTM teams.
  • Solve problems in collaboration with cross-functional teams and provide support to colleagues.
  • Contribute to process optimization and support the sales division through creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Assist with managing the Partner team’s portal, such as AWS, and support the management of sourced proposals for all team members.

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Sales and/or GTM support in SaaS startups or tech companies.
  • Familiarity with sales portal management, including handling customer allocations, assignments, and proposals (e.g., product portals).
  • Previous experience working with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Partner Teams, Customer Success, Bid management and Revenue Operations is desirable.
  • Understanding of sales processes, including quoting, proposals, and general sales operations.
