We are looking for Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant possessing experience in functions of Human Capital Management. Having strong Functional skills in configuration and set up of Oracle Cloud HCM application. Role will require the candidate to work independently showing strong expertise and ability to covert the functional specification into workable & robust solutions. To configure and execute test script. Ability to conduct and present proof of concepts.

Position Requirements

Should have 5 - 7 years of relevant and deep experience in at least 2-3 functions of Oracle Cloud HCM. Functional modules like; US payroll/ Benefits/ Absence/ Compensation/ Core HR/ Talent/ ORC.
Ready to take-up challenging projects and roles.
Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/onsite teams.
Ability to understand the requirement and configure in the Cloud product.
Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements.
Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration testing.
This role is for Managed Support clients in our organization. Ability to handle tickets independently handle tickets.
Having experience with OTBI.
Some technical experience in HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, SQL would be an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onshore-offshore model.
Fluency in English, s trong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to guide juniors in the areas where the person holds expertise.
Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention.
Good interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Consistently provide clear and concise status reports.
Holding certifications will be an added advantage.

Education

Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification holding B.Tech./BCA/M-Tech/MCA
