EFI is looking for Field Service Engineers to join our team in the US, preferably in the Chicago, IL region. These are remote roles that will require regular travel to our customer bases, specifically focused on our Nozomi single-pass digital printing product line.
What You Will Do
Provide on-site installation and setup of all printers associated with the Inkjet product lines
Give initial and ongoing formal customer operator and printer maintenance training;
Provide periodic on-site troubleshooting and repairs on printers that may be experiencing complex electrical, mechanical or pneumatic problems
Provide detailed technical feedback and liaise regularly with our customer call center
Provide service & support to exhibitions
Work remotely with customers to accurately identify equipment issues and provide technical information and repair guidance to pinpoint the necessary solutions to reported issues
Participate in after-hours support activities on a rotating basis.
