That’s why we’re on the hunt for an Inventory Specialist who’s ready to make a real impact.

❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries.

THE ROLE

As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the eCommerce order fulfillment process. You will monitor stock movement, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues quickly. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining up-to-date records and supporting the smooth flow of orders. In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of logistics, inventory control, and the operational side of eCommerce. Strong interpersonal skills will be key as you work closely with different departments to ensure efficient processes and accurate reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain strong communication with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.

  • Prepare and analyze reports on stock values, cost of goods sold, and inventory levels.

  • Negotiate prices for new products, seeking the best possible costs throughout the procurement process.

  • Oversee the testing and sourcing of products, ensuring high-quality standards for both products and packaging.

  • Coordinate influencers, creators, and sample shipments both internally within the company and externally to partners.
