You’ll play a critical role in streamlining workflows, enhancing cross-team collaboration, and capturing marketing contribution to the pipeline.

As a highly visible role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives, deliver measurable outcomes, and report our progress toward marketing and sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Email Marketing

  • Lead global email communications, including planning, testing, deployment, and reporting for targeted campaigns such as announcements, product releases, event invitations, and follow-up emails.
  • Design and deploy automated email workflows (e.g., nurture series, welcome sequences, event cadences, and SQL pipeline velocity campaigns).

Marketing Automation (MAP) and CRM

  • Oversee Marketo implementation and management of the marketing database.
  • Leverage data segmentation, hygiene, and personalization to enhance customer engagement.
  • Create and optimize digital assets and campaigns (emails, web forms, landing pages, etc.).
  • Manage lead lists from events, webinars, and third-party content syndication programs.
  • Build and maintain effective marketing automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with Digital Analytics, CRM, and other operations teams to address technical issues and ensure data integration across platforms like Salesforce.

MarTech

  • Manage and optimize the company’s marketing tools (email automation, CRM, ABM orchestration, live chat, analytics, AI tools) to generate high-quality leads and impactful experiences.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient use of collaboration and project management tools to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional communication.

Analytics and Operational Excellence

  • Build and maintain marketing reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Looker, providing insights into ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Track KPIs across industries, products, and regions, presenting performance metrics in a scorecard format to the broader organization.

  • Help set up and improve marketing attribution to accurately report how marketing initiatives contribute to pipeline growth and sales success.
  • Enhance team productivity by identifying and addressing gaps in current workflows and processes using tools like Workfront or Kapost. Collaborate with teams to implement streamlined processes for improved efficiency.

Campaign Project Management

  • Act as the project lead for campaign execution and cross-departmental alignment, ensuring smooth and on-time delivery of campaign plans, content, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Support digital campaigns and help optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints
