Job Title: Operations Manager
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee the delivery of client projects and ensure high standards and timely completion. This role requires someone with experience managing operational workflows, implementing AI-driven systems, optimizing processes, and leading teams to exceed performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee client projects, ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality standards.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and address operational bottlenecks across teams, implementing systems that improve efficiency.
  • KPI Management: Build and maintain reporting systems to track KPIs across multiple platforms, ensuring visibility into metrics like speed-to-lead, conversion rates, and project completion.
  • Team Performance Oversight: Monitor and track the daily outputs of team members across different departments, providing actionable feedback and coaching as needed.
  • AI and Automation Systems: Implement AI-driven tools to support business functions, including AI-driven call reviews, AI-generated reports, and lead follow-up systems.
  • Client Communication: Ensure clear, professional, and proactive communication with clients.
  • Framework Implementation: Develop frameworks and systems for client follow-up, ensuring all leads are nurtured across text, email, and voicemail.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in operations management or project management.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with project management tools (specific platform experience not required).
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of AI prompting, automation tools like Zapier and Make, and data tracking/reporting systems.
  • Attributes: Ability to spot trends, take action, and drive processes forward with a bias for action.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and manage client expectations.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • AI development experience.
  • Experience with CRM management (e.g., GoHighLevel).
  • Notion experience.
