We seek a detail-oriented, experienced Payroll Coordinator based in the Netherlands. Working with third-party payroll providers, you will support the accurate and timely end-to-end processing of our European payrolls, which include the Netherlands, Germany, France, Ireland, and Spain. You will ensure that payrolls comply with country regulations and provide payroll support to the employees in each country. The Netherlands' payroll is the lead payroll and proven and current experience with Dutch payroll is essential.

You will work in a small, busy team supporting the Global Head of Payroll in accurately and timely processing salaries across multiple countries. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll input while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Collating and submitting payroll data to the outsourced payroll provider for all European country payrolls

  • Maintaining accurate payroll records, including absences

  • Ensuring payroll complies with Dutch regulations  

  • Producing and validating exception reports to check for anomalies 

  • Ensuring that payroll-related queries are investigated and resolved effectively

  • Regularly auditing and reconciling payroll data, correcting discrepancies.

  • Collaborating with HR and other departments to provide excellent customer service.

Experience required:

  • Experience with NL payrolls is essential, and other European countries listed a distinct advantage  

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Good working knowledge of Excel

  • Provide reliable, consistent support delivered on time 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
