Job description

Technical Writer 
Location : Toronto,ON _remote
Duration: 12+ months
Must Haves:
  • 5 Years of Experience in Public safety radio or telecommunications infrastructure experience in a large public sector entity
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Writing with above average communication skills especially in written English
  • The ability to promote and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while also building team capacity.
  • Ability to produce an enhanced SharePoint intranet site to ensure that users can perform their jobs more efficiently and support them in having a seamless workflow.
  • The skillset to change technical terms to non-technical terms and vice-versa for better communication back to the client.
  • Previous public sector experience is an asset.
