Emporix is a next-gen commerce platform for B2B and sophisticated B2C in one solution with the unique ability to orchestrate and automate commerce processes across all systems.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious AI-driven Growth Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on driving data-driven strategies. In this role, you’ll lead outbound growth operations, experiment with innovative tools, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the buyer journey. What You’ll Be Doing

Outbound Growth Operations:

  • Take charge of outbound growth operations, focusing on high-impact initiatives to optimize the buyer journey.
  • Write engaging and effective outbound emails tailored to the ideal customer profile (ICP).

Data-driven Strategy and Experimentation:

  • Lead data-driven experiments and growth hacking tactics to test and refine the buyer journey.
  • Manage and deploy next-generation GTM tools like Clay, lemlist, Warmly, RB2B, Trigify, and Make.com to automate and personalize growth operations.

Collaboration and Alignment:

  • Partner with leaders across sales, marketing, product, and C-level executives to craft a cohesive growth strategy.
  • Share actionable insights from data and experiments with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and outcomes.

Performance Management:

  • Define and track KPIs that reflect growth and GTM success, such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Continuously monitor, adapt, and improve strategies to meet organizational growth goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in outbound marketing, ideally within SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Expertise in GTM technology platforms beyond traditional CRMs like HubSpot, including advanced tools such as Clay, lempire, Trigify, RB2B, and Apify.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Thorough understanding of the sales funnel, from lead identification to pipeline management and closing deals.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, data manipulation, and automation.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and integrate new tools as needed.
  • Proven track record of influencing and collaborating with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent writing skills for crafting compelling outbound emails and communication.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a remote team culture, with strong self-management and adaptability.
