FounderBrands specializes in growing the personal brands of our clients and driving high-quality leads to their businesses. We're looking for a skilled Social Media Ads Specialist to join our team and help take our clients' digital presence to the next level.

Role Overview:
As a Social Media Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing X, LinkedIn, and other social media ad campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients. Your primary focus will be to increase sales while enhancing audience engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on X, LinkedIn, and other social media.
  • Conduct audience research and implement advanced targeting strategies.
  • Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns align with client goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience running paid social media ad campaigns.
