Proactive business development to secure new roles and placements from both new and existing clients.
Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including internal data base, job boards, social media and other channels.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles.
Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide updates on the hiring process.
Assist in the negotiation and preparation of job offers, ensuring a successful onboarding experience for candidates.
Submit daily reports for visibility of work.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on end-to-end hiring processes.
Be able to speak confidently and build conversations with executives and high-level workers.
High level of competency in the use of technology and social media – evidence of using various systems, in particular databases and CRMs and social media channels
Being able to give feedback and not be afraid to give their honest take towards any situation. Accepting feedback is crucial as well to adjust and continuously improve performance.
Show discipline, commitment and loyalty to the company. This is a long term position with a chance to work with a fun yet productive team and incentives are awaiting for each placement made.
Work with the team – not just being able to communicate with other teams members but also being able to share your candidates and placements with others fostering a give and take relationship and play your role towards creating a successful and winning team.
Demonstrate ability to work autonomously, taking initiative while effectively collaborating with a team.
Evidence of capacity to innovate and implement change, championing process improvements and new ways of working to facilitate business results
Deep understanding of the value proposition for both clients and candidates, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
High level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce adverts, reports and other documents, and to converse with people at all levels.
Familiarity with the industries you're recruiting for, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Australian recruitment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS) ideally JobAdder, and other related tools like LinkedIn.
Attend internal meetings twice a week and one-on-one catch up with the manager.
Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
