We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead and drive business growth for our client's retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform in the Indonesia market. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing market expansion, building key partnerships, and achieving strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in the Indonesia market.
Identify and establish relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
Implement strategic initiatives to enhance business growth and increase market share.

Client Retention:

Develop and execute strategies to retain and nurture existing client relationships.
Ensure a superior customer experience through proactive engagement and personalized support.

Marketing Strategies:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute impactful marketing strategies tailored to the Indonesia market.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive innovation.

Team Leadership and Operations:

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and operational teams, ensuring peak performance and achievement of targets.
Oversee Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Who Are We Looking For?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record as a Country Manager or similar senior-level position.
At least 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry, with a deep understanding of trading platforms, industry regulations, and financial markets.
Existing network of high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
Comprehensive knowledge of the Indonesia financial markets and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
