Account Executive (AE)
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Full-Cycle Account Executive (AE) to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with SMB clients. You will identify and qualify sales opportunities, secure leads through inbound follow-ups or proactive outbound calls, and work with a Solutions Specialist to close deals. Your role will involve active prospecting, nurturing leads, and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions. You’ll use targeted questions to engage decision-makers, provide product information, and demonstrate how our solutions address their challenges. Additionally, you will document activities and maintain client accounts in CRM systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and adept at building relationships and driving business success.

Develop strategies to target decision-makers, overcome objections, and drive revenue growth.
Identify and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and outbound outreach.
Research and engage prospects, build rapport, and nurture leads through their buying process.
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, collaborating with Solutions Specialists.
Use targeted questions to provide product information and follow up after demos to close deals.
Document sales activities and manage client records in CRM systems.
Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to guide sales strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
1+ years previous experience working in client-facing full sales cycle role.
